Media-holding PRONTO-Moskva is a fast growing company. Microsoft Dynamics AX was implemented in «Pronto-Moskva» in 2006 and it is now the only company’s financial system, which, encloses main financial and business processes: accounts receivable and payable, inventory management, cash and banking operations, asset management, payroll preparation and HR recordkeeping.
Also specific for media business operations were implemented on sales and records of advertisement production and printed publications, including acceptance of adverts, product distribution, automatic emoluments calculation for ad-men, etc.
A total of 200 company employees work in the system.
Media-holding PRONTO-Moskva was looking for a reliable contractor for Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 maintenance. At this there was a clear understanding regarding budget maintenance and a desire to cut it, and regarding partner’s necessary skills.
